Mango Lime Salsa

Juicy mango, zesty lime, and a hint of heat for that sweet-fresh-spicy combo. Light, punchy, and stupidly addictive with salty chips.

Prep time: 8 minutes

Total: 8 minutes

  • Ingredients
    • 2 ripe mangos, finely diced

    • 1 small red onion, finely diced

    • 1 red capsicum, finely diced

    • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

    • Big handful coriander (cilantro), chopped

    • Juice of 1–2 limes

    • Pinch of salt

    • Black pepper to taste

  • Method

    1. Combine mango, red onion, capsicum, jalapeño (if using) and coriander in a bowl.

    2. Squeeze over lime juice, add salt and pepper, then toss gently.

    3. Rest 10 minutes so the flavours mingle.

    4. Serve with your favourite Sonora Foods Corn Chips.
