Mango Lime Salsa
Juicy mango, zesty lime, and a hint of heat for that sweet-fresh-spicy combo. Light, punchy, and stupidly addictive with salty chips.

Ingredients
2 ripe mangos, finely diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 red capsicum, finely diced
1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
Big handful coriander (cilantro), chopped
Juice of 1–2 limes
Pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
Method
Combine mango, red onion, capsicum, jalapeño (if using) and coriander in a bowl.
Squeeze over lime juice, add salt and pepper, then toss gently.
Rest 10 minutes so the flavours mingle.
Serve with your favourite Sonora Foods Corn Chips.
