Spicy Salsa
Thick, glossy, and packed with heat, this saucy blend of tomato, chilli, and lime was made for dipping.

Cook time: 15–20 minutes
Total: Around 30 minutes
The Salsa
Ingredients
5 ripe roma tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1–2 fresh red chillies, finely chopped (adjust heat to taste)
1 green capsicum, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp olive oil
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and cracked pepper, to taste
Method
Combine tomatoes, onion, capsicum, chillies, and garlic in a medium bowl.
Add lime juice, olive oil, and coriander.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix gently to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level as needed.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes before serving to let the flavours meld.
